D.El.Ed

<p>The Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) is a 2-year government-approved teacher training program offered at Om College of Education, Thandla, Jhabua. The program is designed to prepare dedicated and skilled teachers for elementary schools (Classes I to V) across Madhya Pradesh and India.</p><p>With a total intake of 100 seats across 2 units, the program focuses on child psychology, pedagogy, classroom management, and inclusive education. Admission is conducted through the official Rajya Shiksha Kendra (RSK), Madhya Pradesh counselling process.</p><p>Graduates of D.El.Ed are eligible to appear for Teacher Eligibility Tests (TET) and apply for government teaching positions in primary and upper primary schools. The program is especially significant for students from rural and tribal backgrounds who wish to serve their communities as educators.</p>
