Institute financial disclosures as required by the Council

The Balance Sheet presents the financial position of the institute as at the close of the last financial year. It details all assets held by the institution — including fixed assets, current assets, and investments — alongside all liabilities such as outstanding dues, loans, and provisions. This document provides a transparent snapshot of the institute's net worth and fiscal health.

The Income & Expenditure Account reflects all revenues earned and expenses incurred by the institute during the last financial year. Income sources include tuition fees, grants, donations, and other receipts. Expenditure covers salaries, infrastructure maintenance, academic expenses, and administrative costs. This statement reveals whether the institute operated at a surplus or deficit for the period.

The Receipt & Payment Account is a summary of all cash and bank transactions of the institute during the last financial year. It records every receipt — including fees collected, grants received, and other inflows — and every payment made towards capital and revenue heads. Unlike the I&E account, this is a cash-based statement and gives a complete picture of actual cash movement.
